This year's event will take place along Ventura Boulevard, from Oak St. through Glenn Dr. 
With partial street closures on Palm Dr., Elm St., and Fir St.

Boulevard Business will be open their normal hours.

Vehicle access to businesses on the North side of Ventura Blvd. 
will be available from the West end (Carmen Dr. side) of the boulevard.

ONE-WAY Access to Boulevard businesses will be available via Arneill, 
driveway - behind Henson's - thru to Fir St.

Arneill Bridge will be CLOSED to incoming vehicle traffic.
For your convenience, incoming lanes will be OPEN to PEDESTRIANS.
